THIS IS THE WORST PLACE THAT I HAVE EVER LIVED. THIS PLACE IS GOING DOWNHILL SO FAST. IT IS NOT WHAT IT USED TO BE. THE APARTMENTS HAVE A LOT OF ROACHES AND SPIDERS. THERE WAS ALSO A RAPE THAT TOOK PLACE ON THE PROPERTY. THIS IS NTO A SAFE PLACE TO LIVE. I WILL MOVE OUT AS SOON AS MY RENT IS UP. THE OFFICE CHARGES FOR EVEYTHING FROM A LIGHT BULB TO A A/C FILTER. DON'T RENT HERE. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. YOU WOULD BE GLAD YOU DID

There has never been a rape on the property in the 8 years that the community has been open. You can contact the Manchester Police Department at 636-227-1385 to verify that there has been no report made of a rape at this community.

Wow, and yet again...another moron trying to bash Autumn Oaks. First of all, YOU WILL NEVER SEE ROACHES AND SPIDERS IN YOUR APARTMENT IN THE MIDDLE OF JANUARY !!! CHECK YOUR POSTING DATE YOU IDIOT !!! If anyone reads these comments, please, do your homework, visit whichever community you plan on shopping and find out for yourself rather than reading idiotic comments posted by winners such as these. Autumn Oaks does exactly what they say within reason. If anyone ever thinks that they will get their way every single time, they are sadly mistaken. PLEASE EXERCISE COMMON SENSE !!
