Autmun oaks is not worth all that publicity it's getting. This is just an average place. They will charge you for everthing( light bulb, a/c filter ). This apartment is overrated. I can not wait until my rent is up. forget about all those reviews. I live here. I konw what is it like being charged late fees even my rent was paid on time. This place is not what it used to be. I will not recommend anybody to rent here.

LMAO, seriously???? You were charged late fees even when you paid on time?? I DOUBT IT !! Plus, you do not get charged for light bulbs and furnace filters...just another person trying to bash Autumn Oaks. Typical.
