I renewed my lease in April and I am very happy with my decision. After looking around a bit (quite a bit, 9 other places), I found that there aren't nice apartments for this price ANYWHERE. I love having my own FULL-SIZED washer and dryer in my little laundry room (which has a door to close to keep the noise down!). I have decent carpet and nice cabinetry in my AWESOME kitchen. The kitchens are shotgun style, but open up so nicely into the living room. The view from my balcony is so nice. I like my big bathroom, also. My neighbors are all very respectable and turn things down at a reasonable hour (usually about 8:30pm or so). There is plenty of parking, covered if you prefer, and the grounds are well manicured.
Every time something has come up, the staff is polite and the maintenance manager responds almost immediately. I saw a wasp one day, flipped out, and Don was at my door within 30 minutes. Couldn't ask for anything better.
Also, the complex isn't very big, so it's pleasant to be at the pool, never over-crowded.
My dog and I will love staying here at least another year.
