I have lived here twice, returning after living several others places. The apartments are like new when you move in and are the best value in the area. Maintenance responded to requests within 1 day, and management has always been reasonably friendly and responsive. The pool is very nice and always sparkling clean, although the fitness center could use an upgrade. The only complaint that I have is that the floors don't absorb noise well, so you will hear your neighbor's footsteps if you aren't on the top floor. Make sure the apartment is spotless when you move out, or you will be charged several hundred dollars for clean-up.
