First of all,I know my upstairs neighbors sexual habits, how she sounds when she is climaxing, I hear the bed bouncing and banging as though it is about to fall through the ceiling right on my head , I know when they get up to go clean up in the bathroom after intercourse and even how many times they have sex in one FREAKING week!! My goodness, you can hear EVERYTHING!!!!!

The second thing is- is the staff. They are not friendly what-so-ever!! They are incredibly rude. I never even thought they were nice when I went in to apply for an apt. But, really didn't think I would have any contact with them, so I didn't care. Wrong! The apts are nice size, second floor is insulated so that I haven't had to turn on my heat yet, but the overall quality sucks!!!!Maintence DOES go into the apts snooping around!! Beware!!!!! Parking is inadequate, the gym equipment has been broken for the past 6 months that I have been here -- Maybe they never intend on fixing it... who knows''!!
I would not recommend ANYONE renting here. I can't wait until my lease is up!!
