Nothing Wrong as of Yet From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/5/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   I've been living here for a while and so far everything has been good. A good value for The Central West End. Close to everything. Vintage feel, but not decreped by any means. Buzz entry and gated parking available. Landlord is fair and flexable. Minimal repairs needed. The maintenence guy is very commited, but a little stubborn. Almost all the tenants are med students, so its pretty quiet. Currently a 1 bedroom is around $600, I don't know the price of the 2 bedrooms.
