The Cove is something else. I am especially pleased with its leasing policy for aliens. When I came to the office for the first time, I told the agent I was an alien. I had no bank account established yet, no social security number, and no driver's license. No problem. I was immediately shown an apartment because I had several thousand dollars in cash and was willing to put it down to hold the apartment. I love my apartment. My family and friends have now moved in with me. It's great.

I also found management very accomodating of my religious practices. We perform various rituals in back of the clubhouse at night. As long as neighbors don't call the police, management has no problems.

My apartment has two bathrooms, both indoors. What a deal. The seventeen people in my apartment sometimes have to go outside when the bathrooms are in use. We live on the top floor, so we just do our business on the stairwell and let the rain and insects take care of the rest.
