Beautiful landscape; great location; safe community. However, BEWARE, of the Manager, Stephanie, of the community! She/They will argue with you every time you request a maintenance issue that will cost The Cove money (which is your money you paid them!) - painting once every five years, unclogging your toilet, for example. Her logic is of a sixth grader, and she will patronize you every discussion you will have with her. Plus, when you move out, they will get every cent they can, despite if your apartment had normal wear and tear (note I was there 11 years). The Manager, Stephanie, loves to stick lawyers on their tenants every chance they get, despite the fact that you are a good tenant (ie., pay rent on time, never cause trouble), so don?t even be a day late on your rent or else you will have to fight paying lawyers fees (I was out of town on a business trip and was late ONE DAY in 11 years and they tried to get me to pay a lawyer's fee, late fee of $100, etc.)! And, they raise your rent tremendously each year! The trend in rent increase during my tenure there was HUGE and outrageous! If The Cove received a different Manager/Management that appreciated their tenants, I would recommend living there. However, the current Manager, Stephanie, is abysmal in customer service.
