I'm really surprised that there is a recent negative review of Cove West. I haven't had any issues with them. As far as maintenance goes I called with a problem at 12:00pm and the maintenance tech came by my apartment at 1:30 to fix it. I find the office staff to all be nice and helpful whenever I have to stop in. Also, having the washer/dryer in unit is a huge lifesaver. The rent can be a bit pricey but what isn't in the creve couer/chesterfield area. Overall I'm really pleased with my decision to live here.
