My husband and I have been living here for a few months. I had never lived in an apartment before so I was a little worried but overall, we are very happy. The parking, maintenance, location, and staff are wonderful. I would gladly recommend this place to anyone who is looking.
Out of five "stars" I would have to give them five. Any problem I have had, they fixed right away. The only thing I wish this place had was better appliances, slightly better lighting outside and a little less noise. The appliances work fine but are a little dated and that is why I said I "wish" they were newer. The lighting outside is the only thing I think they could improve. Lighting around the building and in the halls is great but the parking lot can seem a little dark. There is lighting but I wish there was more (but then people might complain that it is too bright so who knows). The noise is minimal. I have never heard tvs or music to loud or people yelling. The only noise I can hear is when people are loudly talking or walking up the stairs in the hallway or is someone is stomping upstairs. Overall, I would say it there is a lot less noise than I though an apartment complex would have.
I love the location and the lake, ducks, and walking trail in the center of the complex. In all, we are very pleased with our experience here and look forward to extending our lease.
