I really like it here because they let you have pets up to 60lbs! The deposit was
300.00, but its only 10 extra month, which is really cheap compared to other places. The grounds are kept GREAT! The come out every Friday and cut the grass. There is always flowers planted, and the pool is sooo clean and pretty. The staff is also very friendly and maitence work orders genrally are fixed quickly. The laundry room is open 24/7 and they are all new waher and dryers. Some drawback are that I would like a little newer kitchen, although its not bad at all, has a dishwasher and garbage disposal. And you will have to buy lamps b/c there are no light fixtures on the ceilings.Other than that is a nice home. I would really recommend this apt. to pet lovers. Plus, at the time I moved in they were doing a 99.00 move in special!
