I like it...HATE THE STEPS

Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2003
I haved lived here since August of 1999, my husband lived here 1 1/2 years before that.
We like the management company. They are very quick to respond.
We are in the process of moving to a 3 bedroom within the same complex.
The downside, it's mainly young people that have no respect for others. They shoot off fireworks in the parking lots, taking to regard for other peoples cars. They have parties at all hours of the night, egg cars and a lot of childish things. If you are older than 30 and have a normal full time job, you may want to stay away.
But, the price is great for the amount of room you get. However, they don't have much storage space (no basement storage) so you may need a two bedroom just for storage space.
They are pet tolarant, which is hard to find.
The only other draw back, is the steps in phase 2. If you don't want a lot of steps, stick to phase 1.
