Well, I think some of these reviews are a little rough. I have not had hardly any issues. I have lived at Cedar Run for 2 years now. The apartments are older, but kept in pretty good condition. I have some noise issues in my building, but all I have to do is ask my neighbor to keep it down. Maybe if you want complete quiet, buy a house!...then you can pay alot more money and have more stress!!
