I have been a frequent visitor of this property for the past two years. In my opinion they are not worth the amount of money they charge for them. As stated before the walls are paper thin. I could hear every move the residents above us made. And heaven forbid if they had kids. You would think they were coming through the ceiling. I have actually been in more than one of their units. The first one i was in wasn't all that bad. The carpet looked dirty but I wasn't there when the person moved in so it might have been my pal. The second and the third on the other had were disgusting. They were never cleaned before move in. After walking on the floor for a half hour my feet were black. Not to mention the carpet smelled horrible. I honestly don't think anything was done to any of these units to turn them. Now onto the staff. The girls in the office are horrible when it comes to actually following through with anything. When asked about a transfer or a lease termination they waited til the last possible moment to ok it. Way to be ontop of things.
