I lived in Cedar Run for a little over 5 years. I lived in a horrible one bedroom...hoosier neighbors..the building smelled like pot all the time..my neighbors were always having parties..carpets were disgusting..an ugly brown color. I talked to the office and they moved me to another building...promising me it would be better.
The second apartment was worse than the first. My neighbor would have screaming matches with his girlfriend..loud drunken parties...he had two HUGE dogs that would bark all the time. I called the office many many times. I even called the cops 2 times. They told the neighbor to keep the noise down. That just pissed my neighbor off. He started banging on the ceiling at all hours of the night...his friends would call me a b*tch while I was walking by...they would shoot off fireworks on their balcony. I called the office again...they were VERY rude. THey were not helpful...kept telling me to call the police. I did call the police and they kept referring me back to the management. FInally I saved up enough money to move to a bigger apartment. It was great..I loved the neighbors.. I only lived in the last apartment for about 5 months before having to break my lease and move. I wasted 5 years of living there and only enjoyed the past few months. I would never move their again. Even if THEY paid ME. Horrible digusting apartments with nasty hoosier disrepectful unprofessional management. As you can see from Tasha, Joy and Erin;s comment on someone else's review. Gannon should be notified of their childish behavior. (If they still work there...the turnover is so bad)

I am a former drug addict and we used to sit on the deck and smoke crack, I know we we're complained about but NOTHING was ever done about it.
