Well, they changed the name, but it will never change the reputation. They said "Lets not allow alcohol at the pool" hoping it would change, They said "Lets change the name", hoping it would change.......and it will NEVER!
The same hoosiers and drug dealers still live here. The rent is cheap because they will not put any money into the complex. We still have a leak issue, still have the neighbors staying up until 3 in the morning ...making tons of noise. I am curious as to why the manager has changed like 4 times in the past year....maybe they dont know what they are doing'
I will say that the maintenance and cleaning crew is very nice and polite, just still stuck her for a few more months!
