What A Dumpy place!!

Ok...I can barely figure out where to start. Every single person that lives in my building is a freakin hoosier. They always stand outside in the entry way drinking beer so every time you come or go, they know you did and I'm always afraid of getting robbed. Because, every single day, they stand out there. They obviously sell drugs for a living...and their appearance says it all. Hell, I was even offered some walking out to my car one evening. The laundry room isnt 24/7 so if u work during the day like normal people...its a nuisance sometimes to have to do laundry on their schedule.

Walls are so thin that u can hear people urinating in the bathroom above you! Nothing worse than waking up and going to the bathroom to hear your stupid neighbor pissing. Oh yeah, just tonight some A-hole on the third floor was barfing off his balcony all onto my patio. Real classy. Good thing I didn't have furniture. Hmmm....MILLIONS OF BUGS! Holy God Almighty, these creepy crawlers are all over the place. Even after a spray.

All of the appliances are old and crappy looking. Looks like they havent updated anything since the 70's when it was built. The toilet shoots water up your ass when you flush it. The tub stopper doesnt work and I havent been able to use my Mr. Bubbles for a bath yet. When they painted before i moved in, they left paint spots everywhere which im sure they will want to charge me for to get my deposit. The back sliding door is so squeaky and you have to be a bodybuilder practically to open the door. Theres a small opening at the bottom of my door that allows the bugs to get in, and lets cold ass air in during the winter and u have to crank your heat all day to keep it warm. You can't own a grill here. I had to buy a George Foreman grill.

The pool is full of nasty hoosiers all the time and i wouldnt ever want to go swim there with those criminals. All of my neighbors are felons except for one, as ive come to find out. And supposedly they dont let felons live here. Parking lots are set up so weird they are pain in the ass to get in and out of...not to mention dangerous. God...just to sum it up, u get a good deal...but u also get what you pay for and u pay for cheap living, you get it baby. Move anywhere but this dump. It's nasty as hell.

Have you contacted the office staff about your issues? If not, how can this be fixed? I suggest a meeting with the property manager to discuss what can be done. But you need to be willing to give names or at least the addresses of the problems. Regards, Concerned staff member that just wants to make things better.

Who sits on the toilet while it flushes?? That is just nasty. There is such a thing as a work order, use it, it makes magical men comes and make things right in your apartment. And how do you know they are felons? If you are so concerned about that maybe you shouldn't hang out with them. Jeeze people need to get real. An apartment is an apartment, not a house where you would have to pay every time something breaks, unlike an apartment where they don't charge you for that. You pay low rent, you get what you get, but don't complain about it.

I have been here for about 2 years. Sure don't understand why they won't take care of the property. It's really starting to look worn out and dumpy. Stucco exterior went out of style in the 80's, didn't it? The stairwells need painting REAL BAD, the apartments have little or no insulation and you freeze in the winter. LOTS of spiders, centipedes and silverfish. Managemant does a lot of impromptu inspections of the units, and gives little notice. What are they looking for??? You can't own a barbeque grill because of their cheap-assed insurance. They hired a new groundskeeping crew, and their mower blades are so dull, the grass areas look like they have been grazed by cattle. The criminal element is starting to move in, too. I'm talking SCARY looking people, folks. When my lease is up, I won't be renewing.
