The location is great and the rent is affordable. I have lived here a little over 4 years, there have been cosmetic upgrades (nice) and tenant downgrades. I wish that management could employ a better selection criteria. Over the last couple of years my section has struggled with placing tenants that understand and respect community living.
Unfortunately when you rent you cannot choose your neighbors. Also, the outside doors slams very loudly, which is both disturbing and embarassing.
