just moved here about 2 months ago. i like this place. it's quiet and the landscape is nice. maintinence comes the same day you ask for something to be fixed. that's a plus. i wish the doors would have a doorknob that would lock. when you move in they only have ones on there that have no lock, but you can put your own doorknob that has a lock on there:) i hate that the laundry room is so far away from my apartment. it's by the pool-which is cleaned every morning. well one day i was gonna swim in it and it wasn't clean for some reason so i went and told the landlord and she went and had maintinence clean it for me:) the only other thing i hate is that the lights that are right outside EVERY apartment aren't light enough to see you keys when trying to unlock the front door. they need to put in white lights so we can see what we are doing when we try to get into our homes. this place is from like the '60s-i like the floorplan of the apartments. i wish the bathroom and the kitchen would be a little bit bigger and that the bedroom closet would be bigger. the hallway closet is a good size. i also hate how in the livingroom and bedroom-each has one plug circuit thing-whatever you call them- in the wall-and to make both of those work you have to flip the lightswitch on the wall. also if you can't work and pay the rent due to injury or sickness they are willing to work with you-somehow, someway. otherwise this place is nice for the price. i pay $525 a month for 650 sq. ft. i'll write more when i haved lived here longer and gotten a better feel for this place.
the only reason i didn't give it all 5 stars for overall is because the buildings are old afterall. if they were built up-to-date but kept the same floorplans then i would give it all 5 stars for sure. but i gave it 4 instead.
