I've lived in apartments all around the St. Louis area and the management staff at Half Moon Village is the worst I've ever encountered. They act as if they're doing you some favor by letting you live there and making repairs. The maintenance men are white trailer trash and jerks. The pool is so filthy by July 1st that you can't even swim there. I found dirty diapers on the pool deck on two different occasions. They don't even put out pool furniture. The older manager named Jim is rude and unprofessional and treats everyone as if they were children. He told me after I moved out that "we usually don't give back deposits". Whoever owns this place needs to wise up and get rid of the old man named Jim. He's an idiot who doesn't know what he's doing. The lady who works in the office on weekends is brain dead and doesn't know the time. The kids that live in this place aren't watched by their parents and should be locked up. My A/C unit had to be recharged three times per summer. Everyone who lived there called it Half Ass Village. This place is a nightmare. Keep looking.
