Alot of junk cars parked on lots for years with expired plates and some without! what an eyesore''' apartment outside safety lights mostly burnt out....the streets are pathetic!in a very soory state lots of patch work that creates bumps breaking up our cars making them squeaky/noisy!...very rude staff!the women managers arent polite either lots of bugs,dirty swimming pools,NO PRIVACY!they can walk into your home knock as a formality and enter no prior notification on inspections...one day 2 maintainance guys in blue and a fire person/inspector just unlocked my door witout knocking and found me in my bedroom making love to my wife! we were really pissed off they never apologised and we left the area two weeks after the incidence.
Shame on you halfmoon!

To be fair they have signs all over the complex on every door stating the day of the fire inspections and that the apartments will be picked at random so to expect them to be there. You are right though, the place is terrible.
