I think they are in clear violation of fair housing laws! somebody needs to report them to authorities as soon as dims fit. its getting out of hand they shouldn't get away with it.Their days are numbered the long arm of the law will catch up with them, they need to change the halfmoon village management,very rude and mean just doesn't deserve any respect at all very trivial lies just to keep someone elses' little hard earned dollars!!am moving out soon,and better have all my refund in full as am leaving this townhome better than i found it its a hell of a place,esp roaches problem,my daughter almost choked on a dead roach!please REFUND pples DEPOSITS!!they work so hard for that money unlike some of you sitting in that little office the whole day waiting to scam someone of their deposit.shame on you all!

That is exactly what had happened to me at their Bellecoat section. The townhouse a mess when I moved in and they claimed it was a mess when I moved out! Um no It was way better when I moved out!

just be careful when renting this property. insist to have an inspection done before moving in here and sign on the condition of the unit BEFORE moving in....when ur lease expires and u need to move out insist to have the moving in condition checklist that u signed in and ask that u accompany them to do their moveout inspection...OTHERWISE FORGET ABOUT YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT! a whole bunch of allegations will be made so they retain your security deposit if ur not present on final moveout inspection!very rude staff. I will not refer anybody to this place again!and i will report their actions to BBB.
