I have lived in Half Moon Village Apartments for about 3 years and I love it here. The leasing Manager is like family. She always greets us with a smile. She is great about remembering names and faces and makes you feel like she s known you for years. She is also great with making sure maintenance issues are addressed quickly and efficiently.
For example when I had a problem with my toilet (because my husband dropped some very large things, not meant for toilets, down the tube) we had a plumber here in a matter of minutes and the problem was fixed for good.
This is a very quiet and safe feeling complex. At Half Moon, we have the benefit of being off of the main street. So, although we are only minutes from major roads, we don t have to hear the constant traffic. I know most of my neighbors and everyone is very friendly and we look out for one another.
The apartments themselves are a great bargain. My husband and I could not beat the price anywhere in the city. When we moved in we had new carpets, freshly painted walls and the option to have updated appliances.
Overall, we love it here. The only reason we would ever leave is if my husband is relocated for work, and even then I know we d never find another place that felt so much like home.

Yes those are the positives but there are many negatives like the other pool not being open
