We took this apartment because it seemed PERFECT...the location was great, the inside was newly renovated and there were promises made on what to expect over the next year of our lease. There would be valet garbage pick up, the windows/patio doors would be redone, the outside of the buildings would be redone, there club house woudl be fixed....on and on...however, in that year, NONE of the above was complete. On top of that, they renovations were poorly done. Cheap materials were used. We constantly found bugs in our apartment and exterminators were there at least once a month. On top of everything else, I wrote post-dated checks for 3 to 4 month's rent at one time. The one month I submitted a check 2 days late (again, I dropped off 3 to 4 checks), I was charged $50!!!
