I have lived in the townhomes for almost a year now and I plan to resign my lease. It has been so pleasant renting here. The community is full of nice and kind people, my neighbors are the best. I have only had to complain about one neighbor and the office staff fixed my problem within the week. Parking is an issue only because people park in the way of getting to the rest of the parking lot and don't seem to think its a problem to park multiple large trucks in a row blocking the sight around them. However, all of the issues i have had in the apartment the maintanence staff fixed the week I called. The only reoccuring issue I had was the mold that was on the window in the bathroom, but they come fix it everytime. (And its a problem for ANY house with a window in the shower.) Overall it has been worth the money and well worth my time to live in a community like this.
