When my husband and I moved in, we were excited just because this was our first place together. After the first month, we were very sorry we even looked here. Over the course of our lease we have made numerous complaints about broken closet doors, a broken oven, plumbing, and insect problems. There is supposed to be 24 hour maintence and it took no less than a week to finally get someone over to check out problems (NONE of which have been fixed). Everyone in the office is nice, but no one seems to know what they are doing.
We live on the bottom floor and are constantly having to deal with upper floor tenants throwing cigarettes down on our patio. Along with this, the grounds are poorly kept and there is a growing amount of vandalism.
