The apt is nice with lots of closet space but for an "updated apt" per knollwood, it still looks very old! The cabinets were horrible, the paint is done sloppy and marks on doors etc. Maintence is not the best - have called several times on same requests maybe 1 thing done on requested list and then they never come back to fix the rest! Parking is crazy - there is hardly ever an available spot close to my building which is a pain.
The staff has been very nice sometimes they do not return calls as they state but overall they have been great.
