The grounds and buildings near the office are well kept, giving the impression that its a clean stable environment. once you make your way to the back of the complex you begin understand the immigration problem in this country. The complex has no website or e-mail address, office hours are horrible. they are very disorganized, i have called and reported maintenance issues none of witch have been resolved, one issue was addressed but made worse by maintenance staff. late at night -------- drink beer and have a good time in the parking lot, there not loud (i can't hear them inside that is). i don't smoke in my unit, so im outside about once an hour, so i see what happens, these guys litter and urinate on cars. the staff DOES NOT CARE, they tell me to call the police. the police cant do anything they aren't breaking laws when they get there, and the police do not want to house and deport an illegals. it is an issue that can not be resolved. another thing is that all the pricing info is incorrect, there is an extra $30 charge per month for water and trash, just another scam to get people to sign that 1 year lease.

when residents come in to apply the utilities are explained to them and if the resident decides to move-in, they already are aware of the utilities that the apartment complex shares with them.
