Knollwood or actually (Hellwood) apartment are by far the worst i ever seen. the managment don't care to keep tenants or offer them any deals to keep them. they always raise the rent whenever you wanna sign a new contract. also they don't do any background checks on people who come to rent the reason why we see the police very often here or even the SWAT team from time to time.so if you have a criminal record and no place let you rent, then come to knollwood, we have in the complex a mix between criminals, drug dealers, and even mexian ganges. also the staff are very rude and they act like there is no other apartment except them. their office hours are not proffesional at all. they sometimes open at 1:00 PM. moreover, the laundry facility is the worst you can ever imagine, you cant put money on your card except if the office is open, also the washers don't wash and the dryers don't dry. you have to do your laundry over and over spending about 15 dollars whenever you wanna wash the clothes. on the bill, you'll see fees that only God knows what they are. besides your rent, you pay trashm water and monthly fees that no one know what they are. so if your rent is 550 for example, you'll end up paying more than 600. if something needs to be fixed in your apartment, you will have to call them about 5 times until they come to fix it. so be careful and don't ever think about living in knollwood. you can find a lot cheaper apartments with more services in the same area so look more before you make a decision and regret.
I moved out finally but they denied my deposit that was $400 because we had pets. and whenever i go to talk to that B**** Shery, she pretend that she is not there or that she is doing something important. one day they told me she is in a meeting, but when i looked in her office, she was sitting by herself putting makeup on. oh yeah about the make up. i was told that Shery orders her female staff to wear clothes that show their boobs. at first i didn't believe it but then when i started going there everyday to fight for my deposit, i noticed that it is true. i guess they have nothing to attract people more less than boobs showing hopefully some sick people sign contracts for the sake of seeing some boobs... what a cheap low level management. and what a white trash manager'!

yes you're 100% right about the boobs thing, while i was doing my contract, i noticed the lady was stand up and bend over to get closer and explain something man in that case i see all her big boobd. even Shery herself she tries to show her boobs but she got nothing :)

we have been looking to move into this complex and if the reviews weren't enough to put us off, the unprofessional and rude remarks of someone who is apparently on the staff are!! what a terrible way to deal with bad reviews!

I just moved to knollwood in november. This is the second time I have lived here, once about 6 years ago. for a year, And it has changed for the worst. My biggest complaint is the safety. I am petrified to go outside after dark. If you live next to the playground there is a group of wanna be thugs in saggy pants and hoodies just waiting to shoot somebody... Knollwood will tell you there is nothing to worry about, but if thats the case why are the police here everyday...all day. my other complaint is that I still dont have a stove, which I inform them of every week, and have been since november. I cant wait until my lease is up.
