Do not move here if you have any class whatsoever! The laundry facility is disgusting. I came in one day to find condoms all over the laundry area. On another occasion, someone took all of my white shirts out of the laundry. They left everything else but only took those. They say the pool closes at 6 pm but the gate is not locked and people are there into the night. I have never been to an apartment where the police are there just about everyday; they sit at the entrance sometimes. Why' They charge too much rent for what you get. I could tell the apartment that I moved into previously had wanter damage but they charged me an extra $50 for the new floors that they put in. My ex-husband lived here years ago when it was very nice and that is why I moved here. BIG MISTAKE!!!!! I am currently on month to month because I refused to sign another lease for this dump. The reason that the police sit at the entrance is watching for people to run the red lights. We also never charge any of our residents extra money for the floors unless they have damaged them!!!!
