This place was a nightmare as soon as I set foot into my apartment. For the first year of living here I had a male transexual living above me which Hazelwood later discovered from numerous police contact, was prostetuting out of the apartment (no joke). Maintenance workers knew all about it, but manangement seemed to painted a different picture about the whole deal and was very tolarant with the noise complaints I kept calling in on this person.
Management companys changed about 3 times from the 2 years that I resided here. Billing service companys for the rent invoices we received unvoleentarily changed twice with addition fees accruing. The head manager who was the assistant manager at first, is very rude and unconcerned about the issues I was having with the continuous noise; it almost made me feel that she may had an agreement with the transexual which would have been the reason why he stayed so long at the complex with known police issues. Also we were paying for a fitness center on the comoplex, but none of the machines even worked (a waste of money especially when the rent increased every year). There are so many uncivillized people who live at this complex; a lot of mexican/---------. I'm not being racist, but it makes me wonder how are they ever signing their apartment contracts when they can't speak English (it's not binding when you can't read it).
The only good thing I can say about my stay at this place was the interior look of the apartment. I know every situation is not going to be completely perfect, but my stay at this complex was beyond normal.
