The apartments are nice on the inside but management has changed a couple of times and nothing has gotten better. Rent is too expensive for you not to have a decent parking spot when you get off work plus to top that off when you pull into the complex Hazelwood police is waiting to pull you over for bullsh** reasons like the windows being to dark on your car. The utilities (trash, sewer, water, and service) change from month to month which is fine but I don't understand why service is even included in that. Also, they don't work with you if you have a situation where you have to pay rent late one month. They don't send out reminders that you have to put in two month's notice when you don't plan on renewing your lease or send out any incentives to renew your lease (even OakPark Village formerly Sierra Vista did that)
These apartments suck and I can't wait till my lease is up.
