My overall experience at Knollwood has not been to bad. I have seen alot of police hanging around, but that makes me feel safe. Like they are watching out for the community. The couple of maintenance issues I have had were addressed in a timely matter. And the office staff has always been friendly and helpful towards me. The price is fair and they do offer several amenities. I plan to try and purchase a home this year, but if that doesn't work out I would renew a lease with them.
