Substandard construction and staff lies

The constuction of Le Coeur du Monde apartments is substandard. Noise transfers through the walls like nobody's business. And now the Page Boulevard extension will be going by, so you have traffic noise. Cigarette smoke from adjacent floors can seep into your apartment through the bathroom fixtures, which are not properly sealed. So bugs get in as well.
When asked about certain features, such as construction issues, some of the staff will just make stuff up, rather than admitting they don't know the answer to your question.
Rent ranges from mid-$800s to $1,000 . It's a nice area, but you definitely don't get what you pay for. Staff seems to think amenities make all the difference.
What good are amenities if your apartment is noisy and smelly and smoke from neighbors incites allergies and athsma' Le Coeur du Monde should ditch the amenities and reduce their rent, so tenants actually get what they pay for.
Thinking of moving here' Tell them NO THANKS!!!! You want to live someplace GOOD!
