HORRIBLE!!

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007
After work at about 6 pm I was unfortunate enough to lock the balcony door behind me, locking myself outside. I called the emergency maintenance number, at which point I was informed that lock-outs after hours were not an emergency and I would have to call a locksmith. I waited over an hour and spent almost $100 having a locksmith drive out to simply open the front door and let me back in from the balcony.
Rude, completely uncompromising, and should be ashamed to have put numerous other people in a similar situation.
