It's very unfortunate that it appears there are people trying to plant good reviews on this property. I agree that it was a wonderful place to live before the Mills Properties took over. It is pricey, but I found it well worth the price. In the past year I have been taken advantage of in many ways by the new ownership. I have been given empty promises. I have a difficult time just having my voice messages left at the office returned to me, much less getting any level of customer service. I can only hope that prospective residents who are using this site for its intended purpose are able to weed through the fake positive reviews and get to the truth.

First of all, most people don't go out of their way to offer positive feedback, but a negative experience and people will find everyway possible to publicize it. I fall under this catagory myself.

Second, most of the positive reviews read like they are fake. They just go way over the top without really offering specifics. What about the most recent review of school girl' What college does she even go to that she looked at every apartment in Maryland Heights' I like the Maryland Heights area but if I were a college student I wouldn't find it all that close to the major college campuses and would certainly be looking closer to where I attended school.

Finally, please look that most of the reviews that I believe to be genuine are annonymous. All these "fake" positive reviews also have goofy names to go along with them.

I have lived at Le Coeur du Monde for 2 1/2 years and am looking forward to the day I can finally get the heck out of dodge.

Couldn't agree more. I'm sure that there are several "planted" fake reviews on this site. If you're thinking about renting here, move along. Can't wait for my lease to expire.

I know man You are exactly right I cant wait to get out here either. It's getting worse and worse.
