I have never lived in an apartment as loud as this one. When people go up or down the stairs outside it sounds like a heard of elephants from in my apartment. The pool and hot tub used to be open 24 hours a day. This is one of the main reasons I chose this complex over others and why I though paying their higher than average rent was exceptable. New management came in and immediately shut down this service. Our rent used to include water and sewage...but not anymore....but my rent hasn't gone down. The old management used to know people by name and always helpful. New office workers act like they are doing you a huge favor if you ask them for anything. The maintanence workers here are awsome. They are the only high point for the complex. Too bad the office staff ruins it for them.

Bottom line: I am moving out as soon as my lease runs out....I suggest not even wasting your time looking at this apartment and listening to the lies the management promises before you sign your lease.

I'm so glad I'm not the only one who has noticed how bad the new management is. I'm at my wits end with this place now and can't wait to move. Too bad The Mills Properties bought out an excellent property and went and ruined it. They could have had a good thing going. I do agree that the stairs are quite loud, I have just been lucky with my building not having a lot of traffic.
