New Management has destroyed the credibility this place had.

I would have highly recommended this complex about 7 months ago. That is when the management changed hands and from that point on it is a terrible place to live. I am moving out at the end of this month and glad to be leaving this apartment behind.

Parking is easy enough if you get off at 5pm from work but if it is later than 8 then you are in trouble. Spots fill up fast between those times.

As others have said the stairs noise is pretty loud but other than that, my neighbors havn't been too horrible with the noise issues.

The complex grounds are pretty well kept for what there is. Everything is mowed rougly once a week in the summer but the lawncare service always throws trash on the ground level patio's.

Safety changed with the new management as the lighting is poor and been turned off previously. My place had an attempted break in at one point but other than that it is relatively safe.

Construction isn't bad here the above apartment did leak at one point and stain the wall and equipment in the mechanical room. After 2 weeks maintenance did take care of it and repaint the stained wall.

The maintenance is crew is the best part of this complex, they fix everything relatively quickly but the front office and reporting to them is a huge headache.

The staff is horrendous they are not personable and basically lie to you about timelines about getting you documents. 1/2 of them are not trained for front desk operations and the other 1/2 are just not worried about customer service. The pool was infact open 24 hours until August when some people not part of the complex broke into the clubhouse and had a pool party. That is when they changed the rule. The 24 hour pool was a great service and a great perk and worth the extra in rent.

Overall I stayed here 1 year and am not renewing my lease. As now it is Christmas eve and the front office isn't open at all to receive packages. So I figured I would write this review real quick for them. I hope this helps anyone looking at thsi complex as I would not recommend it anymore since the new management took over.
