If you enjoy a lack of sleep, then this is the place for you. This place was so noisy, I about lost my mind. I could hear every thing above me, when they took a shower, flushed the toliet, washed clothes and other things. The walls and ceilings are paper thin, you hear everything. Wooden stairs access apartments, so it was like living at the end of a fishing dock. The maintance group was responsive, but the office staff was indifferent once you signed the lease. When I vacated, the property company changed management. Two weeks later they tried to invoice me for normal wear and tear on contractor grade carpet. The charge $30. You got to be kidding me! I left that unit spotless. They were just trying squeeze another year out of the carpet. One year was enough for me, I purchased a home.
