Montclair on the Park

Why is there such a fuss about this Highrise'' From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/5/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   I think that it is a beautiful building with a lot of character. I have been residing here at the montclair for a year, and I love it here. Management is great! The Property Manager and the Assistant Property Manager are very nice ladies. They meet all of my needs. As a matter of fact the new manager Chris is better than all the other managers we have had in the past. Yeah heat may be an issue from time to time, BUT ME A BREAK this building is almost 60 years old! If you want perfection, go build your own house from the ground up, and garantee you will have some plumbing problems, electrical problems along the way that you have to pay for yourself! So stop your complaining! By the way I wonder when there are going to throw the residents another AWESOME ROOFTOP PARTY!
