Have to Agree - Terrible Management

I have to agree with the last two posts...the new manager is RUDE and a complete nightmare to deal with. She is arrogant and gets very snotty when you try to bring something to her attention that she doesn't want to hear. Her attitude is even more outrageous because the Montclair is really nothing special. The building is directly next to Barnes Jewish Hospital so there are noisy sirens at all hours of the day and night and parking is impossible unless you come home at a very specific time.
The hot water frequently goes off and the heat in the winter was sporadic. The manager seems to think that polishing doorbells and printing a building newsletter somehow mask the really annoying problems, i.e. noise, parking, heat, hot water.
There are PLENTY of less expensive and nicer apartments in St. Louis where management actually appreciates their residents. It is interesting to me that other residents find the new manager as unpleasant as I do. I suggest looking elsewhere.
