I have lived here almost three years and its been great. Never had a bug problem even though we have wooded areas surrounding. Safe location off Lindbergh and quiet as well. Staff is very nice and helpful. Grounds are clean and great for walking. Have heard about mold problem, but management was upfront about it while we toured and explained procedure to follow if it occurred, which it NEVER has. Pet policy is good, no pet rent, just a deposit. Free cable is a plus. Paid $760 for two bedroom with washer/dryer.

I do not work for the staff, I have lived here on Oak Forest Spur Dr for 3 years. I have been looking to move because my roommate left and I cant afford the rent for a 2br. While looking through other apartment reviews I decided to write one for Oak Forest. I would like to find a less expensive place but if not I will just move to a one bedroom here, because I like it here. If you have specific questions then ask me, or if you had a bad experience then share it with everyone. I know everyone's experience is different but this was mine, and thats all there is to it. The only downsides I have experienced are parking when I worked long hours since its not assigned parking, and in the winter with bad weather people sometimes double park.
