These apartments use to be so bad I couldn't even let my children outside to play. But Here lately its been cleaned up alot. Alot of people were put out/evicted. There are still lots of problem teens around but for the most part, there is a major diffrence from now an last year. My lease was expiring and I was on my way out. I decide to stay with the new improvements. The office and new fitness center looks amazing. I still am cautious about coming in or out late at night. HOwever most of the shooting has ceased. As with any apartment my neighbors play there music alittle to loud. And the office girls are sweet, but don't always handle the issue right away. For the money I'm paying I can't complain. My apartment is larger than alot of comparable priced apartments, and there are lots of amenities in and out for me to work with. Parking is always available and I can see more changes coming. This is not the best place to stay if you are a stickler on minor things in an apartment community. BUt I do think its perfect for someone on a budget who keeps to themselves.
