I lived at Oxford Hills for five years. Their rents are some of the lowest in the area and it wasn't horrible but the apartments weren't really anything special either. Pros: - Management works with you on renewing your lease ... more

Beware of the Management - Got cheated

The propery management and leasing office are bunch of liars! Do not agree and nod to everything they say. Ask for written agreement, becuase the property manager later will ask you to show the proof in black and white.... Be ... more

Worst maintanence and Service

Worst maintanence i have ever experienced. No proper response for the emergency services too. And the staff is worst , no proper treatment, nothing in this apartments are in favour of the tenents.

I wouldn't move here, but if you do, CHECK EVERYTHING and don't move in until it's fixed!!!!

I live at Oxford Hills Apartments for a year now... the staff is horrible and slow to no response (well, not until you sign the lease), maintenance is poor and they're response time is slow, the ammenities are often unclean ... more

Oxford Hills made a mistake on my account and instead of notifying me, turned it over to an obnoxious collections agency with robo calls and offensive collectors. Their mistake has caused much inconvenience. Their phone is answered by a system ... more
