I lived here for 2 years. The neighborhood is mostly quiet. There is a small playground for kids. The office staff could have been nicer, and a little less gossipy. I also found them inadequate in repairs. My garbage disposal broke at least 6 times. my washer and dryer (in townhouse units only) were very poor. One or the other broke often. When something breaks they are very annoyed with you. I also had a pretty large problem with ants.
