Horrible experience!

I just moved in to Southmoor and they told me that they were almost full and they were running specials on select apartments. I think the guy in the office lied to me! They are running specials because they are almost empty, and I can see why.

They had a banner out front that read "FREE RENT", I thought I would check it out. Let me tell you, if you see a banner like that keep driving! The guy showed me an apartment, I guess their display and it looked really nice. The guy said that he did not have any empty apartments to show me at the time. I can see why he didn't want to show me. My apartment had roaches everywhere and it was so dirty. My neighbors are loud and obnoxious and have little brats that tear up my patio decorations!

I'm also scared to walk to my apartment at night because of the weirdo's that come out at night. They sit and yell obscene comments as you walk by. ...Can't wait to leave!!

I have lived at Southmoor for many years and have never encountered the things that you have described. Whenever I have had a problem, it has always been taken care of and I have never once had a problem with the staff. Maybe the problem was with you.

i dont live there, but i've read all the reviews, and this place sounds like it's -----'s butthole; and the staff sounds like they are horribly unprofessional.thank you for posting the reviews, neither myself or friends will be staying there.
