Like mentioned in another person's review for Southmoor, you will always have pro's and con's, no matter where you choose to live. Unlike most of the places in South County, Southmoor keeps their property clean all the time and the landscaping is always top-notch. My friends are always impressed when they come visit me. I have lived here for almost 5 years and I can't say how much I appreciate the staff. Maintenance has always taken care of my work orders, and I know I can trust them in my apt. when I'm not home. The office staff works really hard to throw parties and events almost every month. As far as the comment about them being "almost empty", that is not true. I stopped by the office to drop off my rent this week, and they said that they are 100% occupied. I doubt they would lie about that. Plus they just got all new fitness equipment. I wish they had hook ups in the apartments, but I am able to add a washer and dryer combo in my unit if I decide not to do it in the laundry room anymore. So to those who have any doubts about where to go in South County, CHOOSE SOUTHMOOR! Oh yeah, and the best part is, they have computers to use, and free wireless internet! Don't just take my word for it though, come look at the property, it really is the best choice.

You stopped by the office this week to drop off your rent check? On the week of the 14th? That's funny. I guess you just decided to pay your rent two weeks early? And they just happened to tell you they were 100% occupied? This is soooo OBVIOUSLY written by management.
