she is a scam, this whole place is a scam!! the thing i love the most about it is that everyone who likes this god forsaken complex seems to put four exclamation points after there summary on here, come on ------ you can do better than that!!!! I have to say that the actual complex and its surroundings are not so bad, BUT the staff is an absolute nightmare...
------ is the biggest waste of a salary I have ever seen in my life, there were so many problems with my unit i wouldnt bore you with them all, so ill write the ones that really stick out...
1.
Our heater did not work for 10 out of the 14 months we lived there.
2.
Our electric bill was around 150.00 a month during the summer because the A/C was broke and they wouldnt fix it.
3.
Our neighbors were LOUD!!!! But so were we so screw em they shoulda made them sound proof.
4.
My car got broke into and around 400 CDs were stolen 400 X 15 = $6000 worth of CDs...
and ------ didnt even bat an eye for me.
5.
The biggest problem we had had to do with our lease agreement, after giving ------ 30 days notice that we were not renewing the lease we were ready to move out, upon calling this woman we hear that we DID NOT give notice and we were forced to stay another month and asked to pay another months rent, OK bad enough, so when we tried to leave after that month ------ told us we owed one more monthes rent for the last months rent, when we give her this i gave her a check and very rudley said that was not an option and that a money order was neccessary, so i ask to have the check destroyed or VOIDED so i take the money from my account and give it to her in a money order, now this would not have been such an issue if this B*#$h didnt CASH MY CHECK ANYWAY!!!! Can you believe that not only did she take the money order but she cashed my check, i couldnt believe it so i called my lawyer and what they did was sooooooo against the law they could have been sued, well after two months i got my check back, not until after i got charged for a bounced check....

------ was obnoxious. I think maybe she left or something. I don't know. But she was condescending and nosy. It doesn't surprise me at all what this guy wrote about his check. They owed me hundreds of dollars and said they would mail me a check? The lady even wrote down my new address like she was actually going to mail me something. But did I receive my money? Of course not.
