I have lived at Southmoor for the past three years and it has been great. I moved from out of state and was living alone for the first time. Immediately, the staff welcomed me into the community.

The scenery at Southmoor is absolutely beautiful and the apartments are spacious with a lot of closet space. Overall, this is a great apartment complex to live in.

I have personally known the leasing staff the entire time and they have been wonderful. If there is ever a maintenance problem, they immediately address it. I even called one evening at 11:30 P.M. and someone was there within 15 minutes to help.

I realize that everyone has differing opinions, however, I would be apt to disregard any comments from someone who is more concerned with the leasing agent's hair than the apartment complex.

Who cares how spacious your apartment is, when it has black mold growing on the walls?
