I am a concerned resident who has been here for a long time. There is yet another new Property Manager that is very rude and unfriendly. I am still waiting for my lease to be given to me, that has taken over 3 wks. I have called the office on numorous occassions and nothing is still getting accomplished. So I went into the office and the Property Manager was with someone else but did not bother to acknowledge me. When she was finished she went back into her office and never thought a second thought of me a resident needing to speak with her. When I finally approached her she was rude and had an attitude. So I kindly left and have not been back to the office or called. Very Unhappy with the New Property Manager and will not be renewing my lease.

I echo this resident's opinion. I have had two appointments with the new manager Peggy to renew my lease, both times I went to the office, she was not there. The dealings I have had with her, she is rude, harsh and very short with me and I'm sure its not just me. I've been here for a while now, but I don't believe I will be renewing my lease. Things are going downhill here fast with the new Manager. Where did you get her????

why would anyone make up appointments, when you have made it very clear that you will not see any resident without one. Once again you can tell that the person who wrote this is from the office themself.The only thing that is in my head is how nasty the office members are!!!!!

Misty and Peggy are both extremely rude. They are more concerned with the baby that is constantly there than with the residents. I never feel welcomed or appreciated when I come in, more like I am interrupting their day. They act like they are prison guards, not apartment managers

How unprofessional to accuse a resident of having made up the appointment! Southmoor sucks and I'm glad I moved out.
